High-performance self-healing characteristics
ESBEL capacitor dielectric consists of 2 layers of low-loss arc evaporation in vacuum state to directly plate the metal layer on high-quality polypropylene film, which can generate an arc to evaporate the metallized layer of the breakdown point in almost microseconds, forming an insulating area with a metal layer, so as to locally "repair" the dielectric breakdown point and achieve the purpose of "self-healing". The self-healing density of this product can reach more than 60%, and the capacitance loss is < 100PF.
Features of highly stressed conductive layers
The conductive layer of ESBEL capacitors (components) is composed of zinc, silver and aluminum sinking on the surface layer of the film under vacuum, and the other metal layer is covered with a zinc layer covering the outer layer, and the metal layer and its edges have very tight stress, which can withstand 200 times the surge and high temperature working environment.
High-strength terminal design
ESBEL capacitor terminal blocks are 50% stronger than the original European design, while the cable section is increased by 20% to be more suitable for Chinese characteristics, and the high temperature resistance level of its external plastic parts has reached 180°C, and high-quality "filament" screws are selected for a more reliable connection.
